Standing in line is the worst but it is one of the only ways that you can ensure that your packages getting scannned into the delivery stream and start tracking. All of the easier ways leave your package at the mercy of the overwhelmed Postal Workers. Until now! The United State Postal Service just turned on the feature that allows customers to get a receipt at the self check-in kiosk for pre-paid labels. This is a game changer. As a reseller, having that initial scan-in is vital for our customers to see that we did in fact attempt to mail their purchases. Everyone knows that the Postal Service is overwhelmed right now but really, all we need is that first step to be scanned. Everyone's willing to accept that their packages will be late this year but no one believes the seller if the package never gets scanned in.
